Services Utility: Message Queuing Triggers Service

Display Name (?): Message Queuing Triggers
Short Name (?): MSMQTriggers
Executable (?): Not supplied or unknown.
Library (?): mqtgsvc.exe
Depends On (?): MSMQ
Supports (?): None.
Description (?): Associates the arrival of incoming messages at a queue with functionality in a COM component or a stand-alone executable program.
OS (?): 2000 Professional, XP Home/Professional, Vista Home/Business, 2000 Server, Server 2003, Vista Server
Startup (?):

Explanation (?):

The message queuing triggers service is an extension to the message queuing service and provides the action events for queued messaged. You should set this service to the same state as you have set it for the message queuing service. If you don't need the functionality of this service then you can set it to manual or disabled, but I would recommend removing it instead from add / remove components which can be found in the control panel's add / remove programs.

Please visit /tools/services/ for the complete Services utility.
